Priscilla Cushman

University of Minnesota
Collaboration Spokesperson

Priscilla (Prisca) Cushman is a Professor of Physics at the University of Minnesota. She joined CDMS during its installation in the Soudan Underground Lab, where she was director of the Soudan Background Counting Facility.  She managed the design, fabrication, and now installation of the 40 tonne shield for the new SNOLAB experiment. As a former PI on the BNL muon g-2 experiment, she is very hopeful that SuperCDMS will be able to define the nature of the new physics that the g-2 anomaly hinted at.
