Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Statement

The SuperCDMS Collaboration is committed to diversity as an essential component of science. We welcome and recognize the value of full participation and inclusion of all people, bringing their full identities to SuperCDMS. Science is collaborative and flourishes only if all participants are fully supported. Our collaboration expects all members to foster a nurturing and equitable environment where everyone—including those from underrepresented groups—is respected, treated equitably, and finds a home in the SuperCDMS family.
